Neighbourhood renewal must be done faster, quicker, now!
Neighbourhood renewal must be done in an efficient manner so that residents only have their street pulled up once instead of multiple times. 
Neighbourhood renewal is an opportunity to redesign neighbourhoods to better suit the residents’ needs. We must leverage renewal to improve the physicality of the neighbourhood.
There must be stronger engagement of all voices on infrastructure needs.
As Councillor I will ensure neighbourhood renewal is done efficiently with the residents’ input.
